Our Indian Gaming Practice Group assists casino management and development companies, gaming equipment vendors, and tribal governments and their agencies in connection with expanding tribal economic development and self-sufficiency by developing, constructing, financing, operating and regulating Indian gaming facilities across the country. Our firm has extensive experience with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA, 25 U.S.C. §§2701, et seq.) and IGRA related regulations issued by the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC), the federal agency with oversight responsibility for Indian gaming operations. We are adept at helping clients with questions involving trust land issues before the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs and with tribal law matters.
